EASTER

I know Easter was last week, but I did not have time to post our pictures. We are currently in League City, TX. We don't have family here so we decided that we would go to a city event for Easter. We ended up going to the Pearland Egg Drop event. This was literally and egg drop event. They had a helicopter fly into the football field and drop 20,000 eggs. It was a very crazy event. There were A LOT of people. I'll let the following clip explain it all.

Did you see where Brisa and Fina were?

There were also a lot of bounce houses and different little activities to do.

I got to race Brisa through one of the bounce houses.

Brisa won.

This is the Texas Roadhouse Armadillo, Brisa got a 2 free kids meals out of this. We ate there after the egg drop. It was delicious.
Some more free stuff... Brisa got a free meal at Chik-fil-A. We were excited for all the free meals that were offered. We will be having family home evening at Chik-fil-A soon.

After the egg drop we decided to make rice crispy treats. I have to thank the rice crispy cereal company for this. Brisa saw their lovely commercials on TV and asked to make the same egg shaped rice crispy treats.

We weren't able to make the egg shaped dessert so we flattened it out on a pan and drizzled melted chocolate on it. Brisa then sprinkled pink sprinkles on the rice crispy treats. I must say, they were VERY delicious.The final product. Doesn't that look good?
